These are the prices on the sheet in every van. If your job is something different, we’ll look at it and give you a number before any work starts. Looking costs $79, and we take that off the bill if you go ahead.

Bathroom & kitchen remodels

We do the plumbing for a few local contractors, and for homeowners who are running their own remodel. That means moving drains, roughing in a new shower valve, setting fixtures at the end. Rough-in usually takes one or two days. Send us your plans or a few photos and we’ll get you a written price.

Questions we get a lot

Do you charge more for nights and weekends?

Yes, and we tell you up front: $125 on top of the flat rate after 6pm, on Sundays and on holidays. Saturdays before 2 are regular price.

Do I need to be home?

For the first visit, yes, or someone over 18. After that, lots of customers leave us a key or a code.

Do you warranty your work?

One year on labor for everything we do. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle the claim for you.

How do I pay?

Card, check, or Zelle when the job’s done. For anything over $3,000 we can split it into three payments with no interest.

Not sure what it is?

Text a photo or a short video to (555) 010-0147 and tell us what it’s doing. That’s honestly how half our jobs start.
