Most of our work is the everyday stuff. Here’s what it usually costs. You get the price before we start, and it doesn’t change if the job takes longer.
Tankless or tank, gas or electric. We stock the common sizes, so most swaps get done same day.
I started Ridgeview Plumbing in 2009 with one van and a lot of drain cable. Before that I spent eleven years working for a big outfit in the city, watching people get upsold on stuff they didn’t need.
We’re still small: me, three plumbers, and Marisol in the office. Everybody here is licensed, and nobody gets paid commission. If your 15-year-old water heater just needs a new thermocouple, that’s what we’ll tell you.

Our water heater started leaking Sunday night. Marisol called back in ten minutes, Dana was here at 8 Monday morning and we had hot water by lunch. The price was exactly what she quoted on the phone. She also showed my son how to shut the water off at the main, which I didn’t know either.
Kitchen drain backed up the day before Thanksgiving. Luis got it cleared in under an hour and didn’t try to sell me a hydro-jet. $149 like the website says.
Good work on our shower valve. They had to come back a second day for a part, but they didn’t charge for the extra trip and they texted ahead both times.
